Nora Kochanek completed her academic education at the Mercator School of Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen. She completed her bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, specializing in HR management and marketing.
Since 2013, Nora Kochanek has been working at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT and has built up the areas of HR marketing and recruiting. She has been Head of Recruiting and Talent Management since 2021.
