As a member of the Diversity Charter, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft has been committed to greater diversity in the world of work since 2011.

At the Fraunhofer IPT, we reflect on and strengthen the aspects of tolerance, diversity and equal opportunities as important cornerstones of our collaboration in our in-house diversity training.
